PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS INCLUDE PROVISIONS THAT MAY AFFECT HOW DISPUTES ARE RESOLVED, INCLUDING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND LEGAL REMEDIES.

Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Wag Crew Ltd ("Wag Crew," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales  and registered office at 86-90 Paul Street, London, England, United Kingdom, EC2A 4NE.  These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services that connect pet owners ("Pet Owners") with providers of pet care services ("Service Providers") (together, the "Wag Crew Platform").

By accessing or using any part of the Wag Crew Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the Terms, you must not access or use the Wag Crew Platform.

2. The Wag Crew Platform

2.1 Nature of Services. Wag Crew provides a platform through which Pet Owners and Service Providers can find and communicate with one another to arrange the provision of pet care services, including but not limited to pet sitting, dog walking, and boarding ("Pet Care Services"). Wag Crew is not a party to any agreement between Pet Owners and Service Providers and does not provide Pet Care Services.

2.2 No Endorsement or Employment. Wag Crew does not employ, recommend, or endorse any Pet Owners or Service        Providers. All users are responsible for their own conduct. Service Providers act independently and are not agents or employees of Wag Crew.  Dog Owners are Solely Responsible for Evaluating Careers, we always suggest meeting your Carers in person.

2.3 User Responsibilities. Users are responsible for ensuring they comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including licensing requirements, pet health and safety laws, and insurance obligations. Service Providers must ensure they are legally entitled to provide Pet Care Services and Pet Owners must ensure their pets are appropriately vaccinated and well-behaved.

2.4 Risk and Liability. Your use of the Wag Crew Platform and any interaction with other users is at your own risk. Wag Crew disclaims all liability arising from interactions between users, including the provision or failure of Pet Care Services. Wag Crew is not liable for loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of the Platform or services arranged through it

3. Bookings and Payments

3.1 Booking Process. Pet Owners and Service Providers may enter into agreements for Pet Care Services through the Wag Crew Platform. A booking is only confirmed when both parties agree to the terms via the platform.

3.2 Payment Terms. Wagcrew facilitates payments between Pet Owners and Service Providers. Service fees may apply. Payment terms and applicable service charges will be outlined during the booking process.

3.3 Cancellations and Refunds. Cancellation policies are set by Service Providers and are disclosed at the time of booking. Wag Crew may, at its sole discretion, issue refunds or credits in accordance with our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Conduct and Us

4.1 Acceptable Use. You agree not to use the Wag Crew Platform for any unlawful, abusive, or harmful purpose. You must not:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.

• Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

• Circumvent the platform to transact off-platform with other users.

• Use the platform to care for prohibited or dangerous animals.

  
  

4.2 Suspension and Termination.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Wag Crew Platform at our sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms or conduct we deem inappropriate.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 All content on the Wag Crew Platform, excluding user-generated content, is owned or licensed by Wag Crew. You may not use our trademarks, content, or software without prior written consent.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wag Crew disclaims all warranties related to the Wag Crew Platform. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any damages arising from the conduct of users. Wag Crew’s total liability is limited to £100 or the total amount paid to Wag Crew in the 12 months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

8. Changes to Terms Wag Crew reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
